I have so much more to say about you and your team. Your company is amazing and exceptional...and couldn't have a done a better, thorough, and quality job. You've restored our home back to the way it was (and even better than it was). Nick was SO great as was Jeff and really made us feel valued as a customer and immediately addressed any concern, but there wasn't many ha ha. It's amazing that there are businesses that actually care about the customer and not moving on the the next job. More importantly standing behind your own business standards of quality.

Redlands floor house did a great job on our 120 year old hard wood floors. They only did what was really needed and also helped lift away some dark stain in one room so that the floors matched better. They were careful and cleaned up after themselves. Very trustworthy. They installed flooring in my mom’s house and that is how we heard about them. Highly recommend and will use again when more poly is needed.

Top notch communication from beginning to end. Caleb was courteous, friendly, and did fundamentally good work, including near-perfect cuts on the baseboard. Could not recommend more.

Our 85 year old floors needed refinishing and now they look brand new. Nick did an outstanding job! Redlands Floorhouse staff from the estimator to the refinisher were very professional and I am more than satisfied with the job they did.

Excellent job on replacing a wood floor that did not wear well in a kitchen with luxury vinyl plank that looks clean and neat. The workmen were professional, worked a long day removing the old floor so that I could use my kitchen that first night and moved all the furniture back to my satisfaction when the job was done. It was completed in record time and I have no complaints. The only unexpected thing is that the floor is "floating" and not adhered to the surface beneath so that there is a weird hollow feel and sound to it when you walk over certain sections. Did not expect this and it does take some getting used to.

We are VERY happy with the sales and installation of our living and dining room flooring system. They met all of our expectations for a fair price. The crew was prompt, courteous and VERY professional. They moved our furniture as a part of the package out and back in and thoroughly cleaned up after the flooring was completed. Everybody associated with Redlands Floorhouse was simply amazing!

Seven years ago Redlands Floorhouse installed hardwood flooring in a portion of our home. The experience was so good that we didn't even consider anyone else for replacing our old carpet. Once again we are thrilled with the entire process and highly recommend them.

True professionals. I chose them to refinish my hardwood floors because their quote was competitive and they were recommended by a friend. I couldn't be any more pleased. It looks like I have brand new floors and the house was spotless which I would never have believed possible given the amount of saw dust they must have generated.

When we were looking for carpet we wanted to choose a local establishment.
Redlands Floorhouse had the best price and best quality. Bob the owner was professional and communicated in a timely manner. We are very happy with our beautiful carpeting. We had some long pieces leftover and they gave us a reference where we could have them bound and we now have hallway carpet runners that match the bedrooms. We highly recommend Redlands Floorhouse.

If you getting flooring, I highly recommend Redlands Floorhouse.
In November Doug told me I wasn’t allowed to have any more guests until I replaced the kitchen floor, (and I had already invited some friends for dinner in a week) so I went right down to the floorhouse and they helped me quickly and well. I love my new kitchen floor. I was also very happy with the price.
